My experience started out with a polite greeting from Griffin the manager sitting at the desk. He immediately addressed me when I opened the door. He mentioned that my rental guy is on the way to pick me up and everything else will be taken cared of by him with the insurance and my brand new 2026 Red Camry not even 6 months old was purchased at 7 miles only, fresh and hot off the lot because this place was suggested by State Farm there client backed up into my new baby i let them fix it. I mentioned to take it to my collision location since its new and all with Toyota Collison center. They told me that they will only pay what they felt was nessary and if my people charged to much then I would be stuck with the balance of the bill. Ok, I don't need anymore aggravation so I let Kelly's collision do it. A week later picking up my new baby I was HORRIFIED!. I looked over the car the outside paint did not match with the red it was a type of orange blended in with the red the texture of the paint did not look finished, all the way down the driver's door, there was a chip in the paint that eventually would have been a problem. After being in an accident, I had to choose an auto body shop, and I’m glad I went with Kelly’s Auto Care. I had the pleasure of working with Griffin, who provided outstanding customer service from start to finish. The entire experience was smooth and efficient—my car was repaired in just one week and came back looking brand new. They even detailed it inside and out, which really made it feel like VIP treatment. What stood out most was their professionalism and convenience. They arranged transportation for me to Enterprise, and when my car was ready, I simply handed over the rental key and they took care of the return for me. I highly recommend Kelly’s Auto Care for their quality work, efficiency, and top-tier customer service. 10/10 experience!

Very disappointing experience at Kelly’s Auto Care (1395 Howell Mill Rd, Atlanta, GA). I was charged $135 just for a diagnosis, and then given a $1,000+ estimate without a clear explanation of the issue. They mentioned replacing the ABS module but didn’t provide any fault codes or proper details. I later checked the estimate and noticed they were quoting a used part for around $150 with labor costing $877, which felt unreasonable and not transparent. After getting a second opinion from another shop, I was told the real issue was just a wheel speed sensor, which was diagnosed and fixed for much less. This makes me feel the initial diagnosis and suggested repair were not accurate. Overall, it felt like a waste of money and not trustworthy. I strongly recommend getting a second opinion before goingt to kelly’s auto care

I left my car with them for a week to repair dents in the hood, and upon return, items had been stolen from my car and rifled through. My line of work requires me to have items such as glassware in my car that I thought fine to leave in my car for the duration of repairs. Not only were items missing, someone had gone and cut open boxes and messed with my belongings. They “weren’t able to find any signs of this through the CCTV footage”, but I’m not buying that. The boxes didn’t magically open themselves nor did items mysteriously walk away. I had to hound them over the phone for any type of resolution to this issue, even though they were supposed to contact me after my initial confrontation. They’re giving me $50 to “compensate” for the stolen items, but the sheer lack of responsibility and trustworthiness of this company is astounding. Do not do business with these people.

I brought my car in to get my rear passenger door fixed after an accident. They said it would take 10 days, they finished a day early. My car looks amazing as if the accident never happened. Paint is flawless. Exterior and Interior was cleaned very nicely! Staff was quick and efficient with getting my repair claim setup and assigned. Great overall experience!
